John Ferenz III was born in Pottstown, PA in 1973.  The son of John Ferenz II and Linda Bear.  He is a 1992 graduate of Conestoga Valley High School where he received a certificiate in carpentry with over 1900 hours training at the Brownstown Vocational Technical School. 

With 18 years of tile flooring experience John has worked for; Best Set Tile and Richards Flooring.  In 2002 John went into business with his father, John Ferenz II, and is the founder and President of Ferenz Flooring LLC. 

John currently lives in Lititz, PA where he enjoys his two Border Collies, motorcycle and camping.

John Ferenz II was born in Pottstown, PA in 1948.  The son of John Ferenz and Marie Scheaffer.  He is a 1965 graduate of Pottsgrove High School.  After highschool John worked in construction while attending night school where he completed the State of PA's Machinist Apprenticeship program & then later a degree in mechanical engineering.  He had worked as a model maker in the Research & Development Lab & finished as Operations Manager during his 28 year career with ATC.

John has 8 years of tile flooring experience.  He is the Chief Financial Officer for Ferenz Flooring LLC.

John currently lives in Leola, PA.  He enjoys fishing, camping and motorcycling.
